TIME AFTER TIME

Time after Time

I have always loved the music of Chet Baker, the sound of his delicate voice and jazzy trumpet are one of a kind, with its emotional depth and vulnerability.
It is a pleasure to choreograph to his songs, which offer many layers for the dancers to play with in their dancing.  It has been a real joy to work with the dancers!
The music of 'I Fall in Love Too Easily' and 'But Not for Me' resonate with a fragility and longing we all experience, while ’Time After Time’ beautifully captures the enduring power of love over time.  This expression also reminds me of the love and dedication of dancers for their art “time after time”.
