REVIEW

¨..The evening has been completely successful and shows at what high level this eight-headed company is now dancing. At the beginning is "Pulcinella" by the Dutch choreographer Wubkje Kuindersma to the eponymous suite by Igor Stravinsky. A 20-minute sprightly piece about the bird being - at the beginning one of the dancers rolls onto the edge of the stage with a big egg on a pale blue lit stage, while the flutist, wearing a long robe, slowly accompanies the birth. This is followed by a relaxed performance with and without bird masks, finely danced in a largely neoclassical style, with beautiful ensembles and intensive encounters with the Pas de Deux.¨ (translated from german)
