traces and stages

a duet for mother and son..

choreography: wubkje kuindersma
dancers: Sebastian and Eva Kloborg
duration: 8 min
premiere: 21st February 2015, A-salen, The Royal Theatre Copenhagen.

Sebastian Kloborg invited me to choreograph a duet for him and his mother Eva Kloborg, for his Corpus Pop Up evening.
He told me it had been his dream for a long time to dance together...and now it was time to happen!
I feel very honoured and happy to choreograph for them; such unique chance to choreograph for mother and son and so special to see them dance together..
Sebastian and Eva Kloborg are both currently dancing at the Royal Danish Ballet.

Corpus is a dance laboratory of the Royal Danish Ballet in Copenhagen. Corpus dance-lab is an experiment, where dance explores, changes, renews, and amazes its audience.
The Pop Up evenings give dancers/choreographers of the Royal Danish Ballet a chance to design their own evening.
The Pop Up of  21st February  2015 is designed by Sebastian Kloborg. This evening presents works by himself and others, invited by Sebastian.
